7. Cash Payments to Courier
Customers are responsible for paying the exact confirmed order amount in cash to the authorized courier at the time of delivery. Please keep the required cash amount ready before the delivery arrives to help ensure a smooth and timely handover. Customers should make payments only to the authorized delivery person and should retain any available delivery confirmation or receipt provided after payment.
8. Refusal of Delivery
Deal Choices now reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue a delivery when there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent activity, suspicious order information, unsafe delivery conditions, abusive behavior, unauthorized payment requests, or circumstances that may place the courier or customer at risk. Repeated delivery refusals or suspicious ordering patterns may also result in restrictions on future orders.
9. Product Inspection
Customers are encouraged to carefully inspect the delivered package and product, where applicable, before completing the Cash on Delivery payment. Customers should verify that the received item generally matches the ordered product and check for visible damage, missing components, or obvious discrepancies. Any issue should be reported through the appropriate customer support process as soon as reasonably possible.
10. Shopping Returns & Exchanges
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided they remain unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with all original packaging, accessories, tags, and applicable documentation intact. Certain products may be excluded from returns or exchanges due to their nature, hygiene requirements, condition, or applicable restrictions. Returns and exchanges remain subject to product eligibility and our applicable return requirements.
